Data product definition referencing a JSON file containing persistence statistics for all the 144 VIS FPA quadrants.

Last time that the persistance was checked, it was found that it is not significant and below the requirement.

According to the calibration framwork, a correction of persistence is not foreseen in the VIS pipeline.
