Detailed description of the data product

An XML data product containing a set of FITS images of the detection region - either the same detectors or quadrants for multiple exposures used in PSF phase diversity calibration of PSF fitting. The same stars will be fit in multiple exposures to increase signal-to-noise. These exposures include the science images, flag maps, segmentation maps, inverse variance maps and masks.
